Please contact us for a quote. Rates for large shoots generally vary from £800-£2000 for full day bookings (£100-£250 per hr) and depend on the type and size of the booking.

NOTE: WE STRICTLY DO NOT ACCEPT EVENT OR PARTY BOOKINGS IN THIS PROPERTY. Any large photo/video shoot booking request will be reviewed and maybe rejected depending on the nature of the booking.

All bookings have a cleaning charge ranging between £50-£100 and a refundable security deposit starting from £200 (rates depend on the size and nature of booking).

KITCHEN SET & COOKING

£50 surcharge for kitchen set shoots where the kitchen hob will be used for cooking, and an additional £50 charge for use of kitchen utensils, pots and pans.

COVE PAINTING

Studio 2 Infinity Cove floor painting fee is £50. This charge is applicable if the cove is excessively marked and not left in reusable condition (mopping of the floor is normally sufficient when not excessively marked and we can supply a mop). The cove will not always be freshly painted/spotless at the start of bookings but clients can request for the cove to be painted prior to bookings for £50. Our rate for re-painting of the entire cove to white is £350.
