Job Description

Hours: Part-time freelance basis with flexible working hours (Possibly leading to a full-time role). Working Hours are flexible (day time, evening and weekends available)

The primary responsibility of this role as an Ecommerce/Product Photographer or Creative Photographer (depending on brief) is to lead in photographic shoots (primarily invisible mannequin clothing photography, product photography and ecommerce model fashion photography) and possibly with the post-production of photographic images.

 

The persons appointed should be able to work fast and efficiently while maintaining a high-quality standard, and must have good attention to detail, eye for styling, good work ethic, willingness to learn/develop, and have a strong interest/experience with photography for ecommerce. Whist there will be some creative briefs, the greater majority of work will be "Non-Creative" high volume based photographic work with an emphasis on working at an efficient speed whilst maintaining accuracy, and consistency.

Main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Core duties
• Review and understand client briefs and notes, as well as guidance provided by the creative director or line manager, and accurately follow accordingly.
• Creative review of to determine most appropriate styling and angles for products being photographed
• Clothing/Product organising and prepping
• Clothing/Product Styling (to make items being photographed look neat, appealing or symmetrical where relevant
• Set up and take down of studio/lighting set up
• Leading and assisting on photographic shoots
• Quality control checks on images
• Quality Assurance and management of post production of imagery (including photography, video, 360 spins and bespoke creative media) ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained
• Lead and provide creative direction for studio and location based photographic and video production shoots
• Prepare references, organise and manage creative shoots
• Image editing and colour check/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy
• Maintain and organise all production assets on our servers

 

Other duties
• Collaborate with creative director to produce marketing material including print, web and video content
• Video editing and colour adjustment/grading of video content
• Provide creative direction and assist with production of in-house and client Web Design, Branding and Print Design projects, and create creative content from design visuals

 

 

Job Requirements:

Essential
• Previous experience working within a similar eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency
• Have 2+ years experience in a similar creative production role
• Exceptional Adobe Photoshop Skills
• Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to new, and existing clients.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and have natural creative flair
• Must be a completer finisher, diligent and very well organised
• Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload, multi-task using effective time management skills
• Ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
• Experience Photographing high volumes of products per day - up to 70+

UniQ Studios is looking for a talented Front End Web Designer / Graphic Designer to work with on a per-project or per hour basis. The role is ideal for a freelancer who wants regular work and income (we have 2-4 days guaranteed work per week) whilst also remaining independent with other client work. You will have the flexibility to work from home but must be based in London (or nearby) and must be willing to work from our South-East London office where required.


You should have experience using Wordpress, Magento (and ideally Joomla) and must have very good attention to detail and natural design flair, with an understanding of basic design principles. We are fast-growing with unrivalled ambition and require a passionate, motivated and ambitious individual to join our small but dynamic and talented team. The primary responsibility of this role is to support the professional delivery of diverse marketing and communications materials in both print and digital media.


This role is primarily a design and not a deep back-end coding/development role and ideally suited to a design graduate with strong experience or someone who has a design-related academic background with technical knowledge in HTML, JavaScript and CSS (Some PHP knowledge/experience would be an advantage but not essential). You should have an exceptional web and print design work portfolio and judging criteria will largely be based on our review of your design work portfolio.

• Manage briefs and timelines, advising the creative director of time issues and/or any concerns that arise
• Perform quality control and multi-browser testing
• Creating and modifying spreadsheets for web content uploads
• Multitasking and handling a number of projects at one time, giving each one full attention to ensure the delivery of an excellent quality
• Digital content may include front-end website design, web-based adverts, website imagery, button design, page layout design, mini-site design, e-newsletters, HTML emails, adverts for use on social networking sites, and visual diagrams

We have a vacancy for an experienced and diligent, Image Coordinator and Retoucher with a keen eye for detail, and a high technical ability in Adobe Photoshop and natural creative flair. The primary responsibly of this role is to perform art working and image editing of photography, as well as to perform quality control on images, create guidelines and feedback to the photography team and other retouchers within the company. You will mostly be working on fashion and product photography, but other duties can involve working with interactive media or video, so you should have a natural interest in all things creative.

• Update Pre-Shoot or Requirements Form with Client details and specifications
• Traffic image workflow from start to finish, run checkpoints with Creative director for incremental approvals
• Maintain and organise all production assets on our servers
• Supporting other team members and provide inspiration.

You will oversee the studio hire team and ensure spaces are always set up and well presented for bookings, and perform ad-hoc tasks studio management tasks.
