UniQ Studios has a vacancy for an experienced and diligent, Digital Creative Coordinator with a keen eye for detail, and natural creative flair. The primary responsibly of this role is to support lead and coordinate the creative production process from start to finish.

 

We are fast growing with unrivalled ambition and require a passionate, motivated and ambitious individual to join our small but dynamic, talented team. The person appointed will have a strong passion and experience in creative production, with 2 or more years experience in photography, creative media, or within a similar creative agency.

 

You will work closely with the Founder and Creative Director, and the vacancy represents a strong career development opportunity for a hard working and ambitious individual to learn and grow within a fast moving progressive company. The role would suit someone with a career path or goals of progressing to becoming a bona fide creative director.

 

 

Main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Core duties
• Support the Creative Director in managing the creative process and lead day-to-day operations of creative team
• Traffic creative projects from start to finish, run checkpoints with Creative director for incremental approvals
• Develop close working relationship with clients and attend to client needs; continually seeking ways to add value to the client-agency relationship
• Telephone or Meeting consultations with prospective and existing clients
• Update Pre-Shoot or Requirements Form with Client details and specifications
• Create and provide feedback on project estimates and timeline report from our workflow software
• Project planning and workflow software updates
• Manage production, delegate tasks and communicate client briefs to relevant team members, ensuring deadlines are met
• Quality Assurance and management of post production of imagery (including photography, video, 360 spins and bespoke creative media) ensuring that high-quality standards are maintained
• Lead and provide creative direction for studio and location based photographic and video production shoots
• Prepare references, organise and manage creative shoots
• Image editing and colour check/match images with garments/products ensuring consistent colour accuracy
• Maintain and organise all production assets on our servers

 

Other duties
• Collaborate with creative director to produce marketing material including print, web and video content
• Video editing and colour adjustment/grading of video content
• Provide creative direction and assist with production of in-house and client Web Design, Branding and Print Design projects, and create creative content from design visuals
• Booking In of Freelancers and Non-contract staff
• Assists with operations and business management tasks

 

 

Job Requirements:

Essential
• Previous experience working within a similar eCommerce photographic studio or creative agency
• Have 2+ years experience in a similar creative production role
• Exceptional Adobe Photoshop Skills
• Passion for providing the highest level of customer service to new, and existing clients.
• Must have exceptional attention to detail and have natural creative flair
• Must be a completer finisher, diligent and very well organised
• Professional demeanour with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work calmly under pressure
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload, multi-task using effective time management skills
• Ability to change priorities quickly and accept change with a positive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptable to change in a fast-paced work environment
• Must have a strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines (no 9 to 5 mentality)

Desirables

We have a vacancy for an Ecommerce Stylist. We are a fast growing e-commerce clothing and product photography studio with unrivalled ambition and require a passionate, motivated and ambitious individual to join our small but dynamic and talented team.


The primary responsibility of this role is to be an on-set photography shoot stylist for fashion and product shoots, organise and steam garments in preparation for shoots, as well as assist with ad-hoc tasks around the studio. You will work primarily with photographers on invisible mannequin, flat clothing, product and e-commerce model fashion photography, and you will work with and liaise with our post production team, and other members of the company as required.


The person appointed should have excellent attention to detail, good work ethic, and have a willingness to learn and develop. You will have a strong interest and experience in styling fashion or product photography, including still life and model. You will work on creative briefs, although the greater majority of photographic work you be involved with will be "Non-Creative" high volume based photographic work with an emphasis on working at an efficient speed whilst maintaining accuracy, and consistency.

We have a vacancy for an experienced and diligent, Image Coordinator and Retoucher with a keen eye for detail, and a high technical ability in Adobe Photoshop and natural creative flair. The primary responsibly of this role is to perform art working and image editing of photography, as well as to perform quality control on images, create guidelines and feedback to the photography team and other retouchers within the company. You will mostly be working on fashion and product photography, but other duties can involve working with interactive media or video, so you should have a natural interest in all things creative.

The person appointed will have a strong passion and experience in sales and marketing, and have 1 or more years experience in photography, creative media, or within a similar creative agency.


You should be able to work fast and efficiently while maintaining a high-quality standard, and must have good attention to detail, strong work ethic and willingness to learn/develop. You should have good people skills, maintain the highest level of customer service, and will work with other members of staff to deliver marketing goals and solidify customer relations.
